Cars would always make up a big portion of the Micro Machines lineup. Galoob had at least one casting from almost all of the top manufaturers of today and yesterday. From Acura to Willy's, they had the best of them.
1964 Corvette Sting Ray VARIATION Comparison
This variations main effect is on the grill area of the car and can be found on the Street Rod and regular issues. So far I have only seen the Turbo Wheels and Super 4x4 series with Variation A.

Variation A is on the right
Variation B is on the left.
Variation A has a 'window pane' style grill, square front turn signals, and a slightly wider body.
Variation B has a 'horizontal slat' style grill, half-round front turn signals, and a slightly narrower body.
