Micro Machines

Galoob introduced the world to Micro Machines back in 1987.
These original Micro Machines showes a lot of detail for their
small size, most of them were only 1½ inches in legnth.
Galoob continued to release more colors and castings over
the next decade until mid 1999, when Hasbro bought out
Galoob. Hasbro ceased sales inside the US, but Micro
Machines were still being sold in Europe. Hasbro finally
brought them back to the USA in 2003.

There were many imitators of the famous Micro Machines,
including some from giant Mattel company, but as the old
commercials used to say, 'If it doesn't say Micro Machines,
than it's not the real thing.' The original Micro Machines are
quickly becoming one of the hottest collectable toys.
